Keen to join the gardening movement in Singapore? If you wish to start a microgreen garden at home or learn about urban farming, join us for a healthy, fun-filled Saturday on the roof terrace of the National Design Centre (NDC).
Community gardens and urban farming projects are taking place in various neighbourhoods across Singapore. Join members of community garden projects and local champions of the Grow-Your-Own-Food movement as they share their initiatives, and tips on gardening and sustainability.
Learn to make a compost bin from TANAH; listen to stories on how home and community gardens are changing the foodscape from Foodscape Collective; share the joy of Goldhill Gardening Club members as they present their efforts in tending to a community garden for over nine years.
So bring your microgreens, slap on some suncreen, wear a hat and join us up on the NDC roof for this demo and hands-on session. Let’s learn, love and eat fresh greens!
